ELIGIBILITY
- Participants aged 16 years and above,
who donate RM35.00 and for IIUM student/staff RM25.00 for charity will be
entitled to either participate in 10.0 KM run or 5.0 KM fun run.
- Participants aged 7 to 15 years, who
donate RM25.00, will be entitled to participate 5.0 KM costume fun run only.
- Free admission for children below 6
years old who run with their parents or guidance but they will not entitle to
receive t-shirt and etc. Therefore, NO registration is required.
REGISTRATION
-10 KM is open to all participants of
age 16 and above.
- 5.5 KM costume fun run is open to all
participants.
- Free admission for children aged 6
years old and below but they will not eligible to receive T-shirt and etc.
- All registration must be followed by
online payment. Any online registration that is not included with online
payment will become invalid registration. Please be careful when filling the
registration form as entry fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- The decision of the organizer is final
when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to reject any entry
without having to disclose any reason.
GENERAL RULES
- Only registered runners with number
bibs are eligible to take part in the run. Substitution is not allowed.
- All participants must WEAR APPROPRIATE
ATTIRE that suitable with the theme and organizer event.
- Any participant with health problems
must inform the organizer on prior notice.
- Participants are to start the run at
the official starting point.
RACE KIT
- A race kit consists of T-shirt, number
tag, safety pins and race guide (if any).

LUCKY DRAW
- There will be a lucky draw conducted on
the event day with random pick of winners using
the runner numbering tag.
BAGGAGE
- Baggage facilities will be available
during the event day.
IMPORTANT
NOTICE
The
organizer reserve the right to rectify the run route as they deem fit for the
safety of the participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the
running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the participant. In
such cases, every effort will be made to inform the participant prior to the
date of the event. The organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or
inconvenience caused due to such changes.
The
organizers reserve the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event
of heavy rain or thunder storm or extreme weather condition. Should the heavy
rain, thunder storm or extreme weather condition persist after delay, the
organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the
event of heavy rain or thunder storm or catastrophic or natural disaster
resulting in a postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organizers
shall not be held responsible for any claims including refund whatsoever in any
form made by any individual or parties concerned.
Although
every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizer to ensure the
participant safety, participants run at their own risk and the organizer will
not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising
from training for or during participation in the run. Participants are strongly
encouraged to go for a medical examination and or consult their medical
practitioner prior to registration and before the actual running day.
The
organizer reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of
participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the
event taken before, during and after the event for any legitimate purpose
including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.
